This location was wonderful, a block or so from the Ufizzi and walking distance to most of the major attractions, in the heart of the old city. A wonderful room w a loft (my granddaughter stayed with us one night), very clean, charming old building. Duccio, the owner, made this even better. Incredibly friendly and helpful. I'd highly recommend this for anyone visiting Florence

This is such a gorgeous hotel in a perfect location. We were given a choice of room on arrival, and we chose the 4-poster bed triple room with an uninterrupted view of rural Tuscany. The wine in the room was very reasonably priced and local, and every detail of design and hospitality was tastefully executed. Probably the best hotel room we've ever stayed in. Our en-suite had a chandelier - what more could you ask for?!

Location is GREAT. View from apartment is breathtaking. Fabio was very helpful, he planned our trip in San Gimignano and tour via Toscany.
It's a pity we spend only one night there.
I would love to return there one day...

Casale Il Colombaio is located in a beautiful rural setting, with interesting villages to explore nearby for those who want to get off the beaten track.
