This wonderful farm house is found in the small town of Guardavalle, on the Gulf of Squillace, in an enchanting position; on a lovely hillside, only 7 km from the sea.
For sports enthusiasts and active guests, the farm offers plenty of possibilities: swimming; tennis; riding school; five-a-side football pitch; archery; and clay pigeon shooting. The stable is especially well-equipped, with 10 thoroughbred horses, some of which are available for outings along the characteristic creeks that run down to the sea, others are trained for the school.
The town is set along one of the most beautiful and well-known stretches of the Ionian coast of the Province of Catanzaro, not far from Santa Caterina dello Ionio and Soverato.

A great location. Despite being out of season and the only guests, we had a good time. In full season we would think that this would be a great place to stay and utilise their additional services that they offer. We would stay a gain. Very private and tranquil surrounds, interesting and attractive farm like environment. Good size swimming pool, very accessable. Good room ammenities, air conditioning, fridge, comfortable bed and good bathroom.todo comentarios »
The weather was the best thing!. Room was cleaned but a long time ago and left unoccupied so had spiders\ webs, mouse droppings etc. We needed to sweep it out ourselves. The young lady on duty was friendly but did not speak Italian or English so unable to communicate our needs. Breakfast was basic definately not the buffet as advertised.There was no one to greet on reception and we had to find the room ourselves. The cleanliness was very poor with the bed never made and the bathroom cleaned only once in a week. The breakfast was extremely poor : dried bread and marmalade.
