This wonderful farm house is found in the small town of Guardavalle, on the Gulf of Squillace, in an enchanting position; on a lovely hillside, only 7 km from the sea.
For sports enthusiasts and active guests, the farm offers plenty of possibilities: swimming; tennis; riding school; five-a-side football pitch; archery; and clay pigeon shooting. The stable is especially well-equipped, with 10 thoroughbred horses, some of which are available for outings along the characteristic creeks that run down to the sea, others are trained for the school.
The town is set along one of the most beautiful and well-known stretches of the Ionian coast of the Province of Catanzaro, not far from Santa Caterina dello Ionio and Soverato.

A great location. Despite being out of season and the only guests, we had a good time. In full season we would think that this would be a great place to stay and utilise their additional services that they offer. We would stay a gain. Very private and tranquil surrounds, interesting and attractive farm like environment. Good size swimming pool, very accessable. Good room ammenities, air conditioning, fridge, comfortable bed and good bathroom.所有 评语 »
The weather was the best thing!. Room was cleaned but a long time ago and left unoccupied so had spiders\ webs, mouse droppings etc. We needed to sweep it out ourselves. The young lady on duty was friendly but did not speak Italian or English so unable to communicate our needs. Breakfast was basic definately not the buffet as advertised.There was no one to greet on reception and we had to find the room ourselves. The cleanliness was very poor with the bed never made and the bathroom cleaned only once in a week. The breakfast was extremely poor : dried bread and marmalade.

Breakfast is a rich buffet with sweet snacks, delicatessen, cheeses and typical local products.
The restaurant is very attractive with its rustic décor, in perfect harmony with the atmosphere its surroundings. It can seat 90 people and is open to passing tourists as well as to the farm’s guests.
The layout of the building also allows small parties and banquets among friends to be held.
The cuisine offers the possibility of tasting delicious typical dishes, such as pasta and sliced beans and stuffed aubergines and peppers, but space is also dedicated to well-known traditional Calabrian recipes, with its strong, spicy flavours. Finally, the dairy produce and the fruit are direct from the farm and there are also delicious soups made from genuine and carefully selected ingredients.

With lovely en-suite rooms, furnished in a simple, practical style, and benefiting from panoramic views, the farm centre is distinguished by the notable range of services it offers: a TV room; wood oven and barbecue; club house with rustic decoration and fireplace; and a vast, well-equipped camping area with centralised services and shuttle service to the sea. You can also use the beach services and participate in the animation activities of a camping village at the seaside, to which the farm centre is connected.
In addition to this, the farm houses a basic riding school and stables. For those who enjoy direct contact with nature, there is the possibility of walks and mountain bike trips all around the farm. Finally, Fassi organises tours to surrounding farms, to promote the country tradition in the area with excursions, parties and outdoor grills, usually enlivened by amusing games.

By Car:
- Take the A3.
- Exit at Lamezia Terme.
- Join the SS106-A.
- Continue towards Catanzaro Lido.
- Follow directions for Noverato.
- Continue to Guardavalle Navy (always on the SS106-A Guardavalle Marina).
- Take the Provincial for Guardavalle Marina.
- From here, take the Provinciale for Guardavalle Superore.
- After approximately 3 km you will find the farm house.
