I stayed there 3 days. The location is very good: near the railway station Termini (it is especially great if you use the train to/from the airport), walking distance from the downtown and 1 min from metro. Fair breakfast (juice, yogurt, croissant, coffee, an egg). Nice staff. 24 hrs reception. Wi-fi in the rooms but not in the back yard. -

The owner of the Resort Cavour B&B was very kind and helpful. He
waited for us when our plane arrived to Rome quite late in the Friday
evening 8th of March and made a reservation to one of his favorite
restaurants for us the first night. He got us breakfast tickets for cafe
downnstairs so we were free from timetables. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

We were recommended by a colleague at work that the "Be First B&B" was the ideal place to book for a citytrip to Rome, and I will certainly recommend it to all our friends when they plan visiting Rome. The staff were extremely helpful and the location was very convenient. This is an excellent budget hotel even though it is located five floors up in a building with several other hotels. The facilities may be basic but it is very clean and there is air-conditioning, a safe and a fridge. -
