The location is very good: near the railway station Termini (it is especially great if you use the train to/from the airport), walking distance from the downtown and 1 min from metro. The owner of the Resort Cavour B&B was very kind and helpful. He
waited for us when our plane arrived to Rome quite late in the Friday
evening 8th of March and made a reservation to one of his favorite
restaurants for us the first night. He got us breakfast tickets for cafe
downnstairs so we were free from timetables. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

We were recommended by a colleague at work that the "Be First B&B" was the ideal place to book for a citytrip to Rome, and I will certainly recommend it to all our friends when they plan visiting Rome. The hotel is situated close to the Termini station, so there is no need to take a taxi. The staff were extremely helpful and the location was very convenient. This is an excellent budget hotel even though it is located five floors up in a building with several other hotels. The facilities may be basic but it is very clean and there is air-conditioning, a safe and a fridge. -
