Me ha gustado todo del hotel. El trato familiar del personal, muy amables, muy atentos. Las instalaciones del hotel de lujo y el desayuno ni que decir, todo muy rico y de mucha variedad! La ubicación del hotel genial, te pillaba todo muy cerca y se podía ir caminando a todos los sitios sin gastar en transporte! :-)... -

Giorgio was great all the time and very friendly, the bathroom and room
was very clean and very nice decorated and the heat worked perfect. We
had some trouble with the internet (problems of the internet service
company, not of the hotel) and Giorgio solved it the next day. The

Very clean. Giorgio was kind and professional despite my flight being delayed until past the normal check-in time. He speaks excellent English. Lots to do nearby, including restaurants and sightseeing. Fast wi-fi. (Just to be clear, this is not so much a hotel as an apartment rental, so don't expect lobby, etc. you would expect from a hotel.)

Excellent accommodation - a large room, comfortable bed and seating and an excellent bathroom. It is a residenza, so don't expect hotel facilities or services. Breakfast is very simple continental style - a coffee and croissant. Ernesto, who is on duty during the day, is always cheerful and very helpful.

All receptionists are warm and friendly (especially Vicki). Good value for money. Comfortable and cosy hotel with a piano. The hotel is located on the second floor: take the quaint elevator (it is hidden in the first flight of stairs).

Location is excellent in - walking distance to most major attractions. Lots of good restaurants close by. Room size was great, very spacious and very clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. very good. This is a b&b on the 2nd floor of an old block, and once
you get to the 2nd floor it's excellent, the rooms are large, well
fitted out, clean and well serviced. However, although the booking
photos show the plaza, the entrance to the building is a steel barred
gate on a small side street which the taxi found tough to locate. The
initial impression from the entrance gate is therefore not as expected.

Rome is a great place to visit,we found the Romans friendly people but bad drivers(some insults were transmitted),having rented bikes made all the difference to visit the city,amazingly few people cycle around,the food is great

Everything was perfect for us. Before our arrival we had some problems
with our airline and had to arrive in advanced; we contacted the staff
who solved the problem. When we arrived, everyone was extremely nice and
