  dakterras was super! Ontbijt matig, veel zoet en niks hartigs. - Amazingly great place! Looks even better in reality than on the pictures. Great location (5 min to Colloseum, Roman Forum and Monument Vittorio Emmanuel). B&B was recently renovated, it is very stylish, clean and tidy. We stayed there for 3 nights, in the room with external bath... wat mensen zeggen » room, which was absolutely comfortable as the bathroom is just 2 steps from the room. The bathroom is faced with marble tiles and looks very beautiful. But what makes this B&B really a gem and definitely a place - The room was very nice, including a queen size bed. The surrounding view of the Forum and Colosseum from the roof top patio was the best. You just could not beat having free breakfast in the morning or a a glass of wine in the evening and then go to the street level and be right there in the center of Rome with reasonable priced restaurants (thanks to the near by college) and all the historic sites.

  Giorgio was great all the time and very friendly, the bathroom and room was very clean and very nice decorated and the heat worked perfect. We had some trouble with the internet (problems of the internet service company, not of the hotel) and Giorgio solved it the next day. The location is also excellent, you can walk to the Vatican, Trastevere, P... wat mensen zeggen » iazza del Popolo, Piazza Spagna, Piazza Navona, Fontana di Trevi, Phanteon, Colisseum... We will come back on our next trip to Rome! - Very clean. Giorgio was kind and professional despite my flight being delayed until past the normal check-in time. He speaks excellent English. Lots to do nearby, including restaurants and sightseeing. Fast wi-fi. (Just to be clear, this is not so much a hotel as an apartment rental, so don't expect lobby, etc. you would expect from a hotel.)

  Excellent accommodation - a large room, comfortable bed and seating and an excellent bathroom. It is a residenza, so don't expect hotel facilities or services. Breakfast is very simple continental style - a coffee and croissant. Ernesto, who is on duty during the day, is always cheerful and very helpful. It is in a very central position for walking - 5 minutes to the Pantheon, 15 minutes to the Pal - - amazing location just in front of historical site, which was directly observed from the window! - extremely nice and helpful staff who made our stay perfect - great value for money in the centre of Rome - nice breakfast especially compared to expectations of just basic stuff with coffee and croissant - we received free welcoming sparkling wine several times! - all facilities are very well preserved and even exceed some 5 stars hotels I've stayed in Europe

  Location is excellent in - walking distance to most major attractions. Lots of good restaurants close by. Room size was great, very spacious and very clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel arranged an airport pick up and drop off for us which was helpful. We rented bikes from a small bike shop close by (details were at the reception), and saw even more of the city. Just be careful of t - Location is great! Breakfast - in the room or on the common terrace - very good. This is a b&b on the 2nd floor of an old block, and once you get to the 2nd floor it's excellent, the rooms are large, well fitted out, clean and well serviced. However, although the booking photos show the plaza, the entrance to the building is a steel barred gate on a small side street which the taxi found tough to locate. The initial impression from the entrance gate is therefore not as expected.

Excellent location. - Rome is a great place to visit,we found the Romans friendly people but bad drivers(some insults were transmitted),having rented bikes made all the difference to visit the city,amazingly few people cycle around,the food is great ... wat mensen zeggen » and the historical mambojambo is absolutely brilliant,staying in the middle of a city does mean you get woken by loud Italian men in the morning.....and they say women talk!!!....duh... Only down side is a small breakfast by English standards, but plenty of continental selection. Website photos are totally accurate, and you will not be let down.
