The hotel is located a block to the right as you exit the train station. Look for the sign; if you see it, it is not on the hotel but points the way. The room and breakfast are average here, but the location is great for a visit to the old city and the airport bus stop is in front of the train station.

The staff were very friendly,spoke English very well and ensured we were comfortable. The rooms are neat and the hotel is well maintained. The location is ideal as its is across the road from the main train, bus and taxi stations which makes travelling very easy, so car hire is not necessary. It is also very close to Via XX Septembre and other main shopping areas which makes the hotel ideal for accessibility.

en general, todo ha sido excelente. El personal de recepción es muy amable y siempre te ayudan y te proporcionan la información que necesitas. Su ubicación es perfecta ya que está en el centro turístico de la ciudad - Es centrico, tiene el parking de Piccapietra muy cerquita, el desayuno muy completo y el personal muy amable.

The hotel's central location in Genoa was its biggest benefit. Walking distance from the main train station, and very accessible to all that the old city of Genoa has to offer. Plenty of food options close by, as well as the funicular to the surrounding areas. The quirky retro feel of the hotel with original art was a pleasant surprise. It was extremely clean and all staff/owners very polite and helpful.

En general el personal del hotel muy atento.La chica chilena de recepción ha sido super amable. Explicando las posibles rutas y lugares interesantes para visitar, donde comprar, etc.
El hotel sin estar en el centro está muy bien situado para ir caminando a cualquier parte de la ciudad y bien comunicado en caso de usar el transporte público.

Not bad location, close to friends, rather than centre. Clean and friendly, did not have breakfast so couldn't comment. Didn't spend much time in the hotel so can't comment on amenities but there was a nice looking lounge and pool table. -

The staff were fantastic. Always greeting you with a smile and saying hello. They seemed to enjoy their job and remembered who was from which country. The rooms were extremely spacious and very very clean. They cleaned them everyday. The airconditioning was fantastic as it was 30 degrees outside the days I was there.

This hotel is an excellent choice for travellers needing accommodation in the proximity of the Main Railway station.
It is a good comfortable hotel with pleasant staff, a good buffet breakfast and no negative features
I cannot comment on the city as this hotel was used purely as an overnight stopover.

Staff could speak English well and customer service was great. The girl on the counter explained a great walking tour and marked up a map in detail. I did not get lost!!!!
Location was fantastic. Because it is so close to GenoaPiazza I did my research on google maps and found the place easily from the station.
Easy walk to all the city sights including the main piazza.
