Location was what we wanted: close to Colosseo and Forum. Each morning
we had coffee outside the cafe next to the entrance door to our appts
watching Colosseo and bathing in the morning sun. 6-8 euro to the place
from the historic center (Parteon ) by taxi if you are tired. Metro is
1-2 min from the place. Room is nice, clean, very modern. We have booked
with the appts the transfers to and from the airport - very comvinient.
Wifi worked very well. Roberto and Claudia were nice and helpful. Nice

Once we arrived the staff was prompt and happy to greet us. Though we didn't speak Italian they spoke enough English to communicate perfectly. The stay was great, we decided we needed to stay a second night without booking it and they ensured me it wasn't a problem offering me the same rate. Ana Paola and Luigi were extremely polite and helpful. The location is right dead in the heart of Ancient Rome, absolutely amazing for the price. Tons of restaurants and bars close as well.

We stayed in hotel Labelle with my boyfriend for 3 nights. Beautiful place, spacious room, very high ceilings, we could see few historical buildings right from the window. Room was warm with a big bed. Location is absolutely amazing. Colosseo around the corner, we literally walked everywhere (even returned from Vatican by foot ). Breakfast was brought into the room on your selected time. We really enjoyed to stay there. If I go to Rome again I'll stay there again.

Look no further than the Colosseoin. It is in a fantastic location with a view from the window onto the main street where there is always something happening. Shut the windows and there is absolute quiet for sleeping. There are many restaurants within walking distance and a very large supermarket only 5 minutes walk up the street.The terrace has views of the Colosseum and its fantastic just to sit there and soak in the view. Well... we had the view- so there wasn't much more to focus on! It was so easy to find from the metro and the um huge site right outside the doors. This hotel is above a restaurant with the same name. We got a key to enter through the side whenever we wanted. We were on the third floor (they'd say second in Italy) with stairs, but it was no problem for us. The room was huge and I could have held a party in that bathroom. The shower was amazing. The a/c was one of the strongest in my experience.

We liked everything!!! It is an amazing place to stay. The owner Lorenzo is the friendliest owner we have ever met. He was helpful,understanding and did more than you could expect. Our room was clean, lovely, quite and comfortable. Location is perfect because you can reach all turistic places by foot. We definetely would book the room at this place again.

Very interesting location.. I couldnt believe my eyes that it views
'the colloseum'. I'm relieved that I did not choose to stay
at the Termini.. Because in terms of transportation, it didnt make any
difference... This place offers everything, surrounded by
archeological/ historical tourist attraction, convenient shop, taxi
just infront of your door step, bus stop and sightseeing bus just 200
meters away, restaurants... And most importantly, u can just lie down on
the bed and watch the colleseum
