  The room was perfect for us - nice sized, very clean, modern, with a great view of the Colosseum & Forum. It's a small group of rooms on the 2nd floor within a larger building - so it gives the feel of small bed-and-breakfast or something similar. Roberto fought through our complete lack of ability to speak Italian and still give us some great tips on places to visit and eat. Even helped us - Location was what we wanted: close to Colosseo and Forum. Each morning we had coffee outside the cafe next to the entrance door to our appts watching Colosseo and bathing in the morning sun. 6-8 euro to the place from the historic center (Parteon ) by taxi if you are tired. Metro is 1-2 min from the place. Room is nice, clean, very modern. We have booked with the appts the transfers to and from the airport - very comvinient. Wifi worked very well.   The reason I chose this hotel was the fabulous location - when in Rome,I spend most of my time at the ancient monuments, and this place is right at the bottom of the via Cavour, literally a minute or two from the Roman and Imperial Fora. I had a deluxe room and it was lovely - faciltities were good, nice shower, tv, safe, fridge - all you would ne... wat mensen zeggen » ed. Everything was clean and though the style of decor would, for some, probably be a little out of date, I thought it was quite charming. Note though - Once we arrived the staff was prompt and happy to greet us. Though we didn't speak Italian they spoke enough English to communicate perfectly. The stay was great, we decided we needed to stay a second night without booking it and they ensured me it wasn't a problem offering me the same rate. Ana Paola and Luigi were extremely polite and helpful. The location is right dead in the heart of Ancient Rome, absolutely amazing for the price. Tons of restaurants and bars close as well.

  The hotel as a lot of the viewers said is a basic one, simply furnished, small bath, very simple breakfast. The rooms are clean, the host (Maria) is a great lady very helpful and nice, avoiding noise in city center is hard so this point which some viewers said apply to most the hotels in the center, in short the location was great, I spent five ni... wat mensen zeggen » ghts in it without using a transport mean to visit the important landmarks in the city (Vatican was one of them which took me less than an hour to rea - Hello, We stayed in hotel Labelle with my boyfriend for 3 nights. Beautiful place, spacious room, very high ceilings, we could see few historical buildings right from the window. Room was warm with a big bed. Location is absolutely amazing. Colosseo around the corner, we literally walked everywhere (even returned from Vatican by foot ). Breakfast was brought into the room on your selected time. We really enjoyed to stay there. If I go to Rome again I'll stay there again.

  This hotel seemed practically brand new so was very clean. Our rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels and plenty of water, coffee, tea, milk croissants, biscuits and jam provided free of charge, which was a god send after a busy day of sight seeing. The hotel was just a short walk from the coliseum tube station and situated in a beautiful old building shared by other hotels. The views were am - Look no further than the Colosseoin. It is in a fantastic location with a view from the window onto the main street where there is always something happening. Shut the windows and there is absolute quiet for sleeping. There are many restaurants within walking distance and a very large supermarket only 5 minutes walk up the street.The terrace has views of the Colosseum and its fantastic just to sit there and soak in the view.   Vriendelijk personeel. De kamers waren netjes en schoon. Niet gehorig. - Catia was there to greet us and looked after us on a very personable level. The hotel was amazing. For us it had the best view in Rome. It was like being inside the Colesseum we were so close. I am also a really fussy traveller and I'm never satisfied with anything due to having a life in the top hotels due to work. S - Well... we had the view- so there wasn't much more to focus on! It was so easy to find from the metro and the um huge site right outside the doors. This hotel is above a restaurant with the same name. We got a key to enter through the side whenever we wanted. We were on the third floor (they'd say second in Italy) with stairs, but it was no problem for us. The room was huge and I could have held a party in that bathroom. The shower was amazing. The a/c was one of the strongest in my experience.

  We visited Soggiorno Downtown late October. What a lovely bed&breakfast! The room was nice (very Italian in decoration), and clean with a good shower. Breakfast was nothing fancy but very good and enough for the first hours of walking that is inevitable when you want to see Rome properly. The host (Lorenzo) is a most helpful man who shows you ... wat mensen zeggen » the do's and don'ts of Rome (such as no eating on Piazza Navona) on a portable map of the city. We had a great stay and who doesn't want to sleep that - We liked everything!!! It is an amazing place to stay. The owner Lorenzo is the friendliest owner we have ever met. He was helpful,understanding and did more than you could expect. Our room was clean, lovely, quite and comfortable. Location is perfect because you can reach all turistic places by foot. We definetely would book the room at this place again. Lorenzo and Isabella,we wish you Merry Christmas and thanks again for such warm welcome.

If you're coming to Rome for site-seeing, this location is untoppable.

  Everything. This was one of the best places we stayed at during our European trip. The design and facilities were fantastic, it was quiet, clean and the staff were absolutely amazing.   What a wonderful place. Loved it. I arrived and was greeted by Diego and Milena the owners of this charming little "boutiquey" b&B. What perfect hosts, so helpful and kind they even gave me a phone charger for my mobile phone as I had forgotten mine!!! The room was perfect, beautifully furnished in a slick simple style, you could see that ever... wat mensen zeggen » ything had been chosen with a lot of attention and taste. Also very nice and clean. My wonderful Roman breakfast, delicious cappuccino was brought up - Very interesting location.. I couldnt believe my eyes that it views 'the colloseum'. I'm relieved that I did not choose to stay at the Termini.. Because in terms of transportation, it didnt make any difference... This place offers everything, surrounded by archeological/ historical tourist attraction, convenient shop, taxi just infront of your door step, bus stop and sightseeing bus just 200 meters away, restaurants... And most importantly, u can just lie down on the bed and watch the colleseum
