  The hotel staff is very friendly. Although we were late for breakfast, they did not pull their face and did their best to make us feel happy. The location of the hotel is also good if you want to visit Como Lake.   The hotel had large rooms, was very clean, and had good WiFi internet availability for free (I've come to realize this is not all that common in Italian hotels). There is also a very nice restaurant in the same building, with a nice garden view, good food, and wonderful service. The owner was wonderful.
