  The hotel staff is very friendly. Although we were late for breakfast, they did not pull their face and did their best to make us feel happy. The location of the hotel is also good if you want to visit Como Lake.   The hotel had large rooms, was very clean, and had good WiFi internet availability for free (I've come to realize this is not all that common in Italian hotels). There is also a very nice restaurant in the same building, with a nice garden view, good food, and wonderful service. The owner was wonderful. I had accidentally booked the room one wee... hva folk sier » k earlier than I needed it and she graciously reduced the price for our later stay to help offset some of the no-show fee (without me even asking). - I really loved the view of the alps, the location, the staff hospitality, breakfast was delicious with your choice of coffee flavor:) The hotel is brand new and had wife and cable included. Price was reasonable for the amenities and location. I will definitely came back K
