It's nice in that some rooms have the view of Galilee, and the access to the Hamat hot springs is included as well as breakfast. The staff was really friendly and helpful, so that's a big plus.

The positiv approach the staff showed. Excellent staff at the front desk when we arrieved. very informative reception and we were infomed about the city, the hotel and the surroundings. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There was an Israeli buffet breakfast included daily! And there's free wifi in hotel lobby. It's a close drive to many sites & locations, including the Kinneret sea (Galilee) & its hot springs mineral pools! They also cater to groups. -

The buffet breakfast and dinner were first class and the room was comfortable and clean. We were upset there was no room available for us to stay an extra night so we could take advantage of the spa facilities. A good base for touring the Galilee region as it is just outside of Tiberias. -
