Jenny, Eli, Sara are wonderfully nice people, they were very helpful, ready to answer any question and give any advice. Their smile used to always make my day! Hotel is very clean and in a perfect location. There is also wifi and parking lot. Walking distance of 15 minutes to the Old Town, 2 minutes to the fruit/grocery market Mahane Yehuda, 5 minutes to the tram and all shops and restaurants around. I honestly recommend it to everyone!

I love the feeling of authenticity, the Moroccan/Turkish atmosphere,
the antique pieces all over the hotel, the fabulous views, the fact that
it is not like all the other modern hotels, and is a much more
interesting place. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous, and the hamam is
like a trip to the old Morocco. There are surprises around every corner.

An established property with "soul". Less than perfect but with a homey atmosphere, very enjoyable altogether. Located in East Jerusalem, it gives you the feel for the "real" city away from politics and glitter. Lovely staff.

We loved the staff, they went out of their way to assist us. to make us feel at home. The general feel in the Hotel is peaceful and homely. We felt comfortable and safe. Zion Hotel is definitely one we would recommend (and have) to our friends! It's location is central and very convenient, close to Ben Yehuda and the Old City.
