Beautiful hotel next to the Campuhan Ridge walk which was really really nice. Do it in the evening or early morning and go to karsa cafe. We did not try the restaurant. The pool was really really nice - one of the best hotel pools we've tried. Got upgraded from Tree top to Ibah Suite which was nice - the room was definately luxurious and very very comfortable. Beautiful setting, lovely gardens. Perfect location on monkey forest road, seconds from shops and restaurants and a 2 minute walk to monkey forest. Staff were very helpful. Not a huge choice for breakfast and portion sizes smallish but the food was really nice. I ate in the restaurant too and the food was very nice. -

Small number of villas with private pool and exotic garden in a big tree park surrounded by rice fields! Everything in this resort is amazing! The spa, the villa, the view, the staff, the breakfast, the thai restaurant, extremely calm but 5 min. To monkey forest and ubud center. There is a free shuttle too!

I really enjoyed the cultural aspects of this resort. I felt good knowing that my money was helping to perpetuate the culture of Bali. The performances were fantastic, the workshops on offer in the adjoining museum/art gallery are worth doing and the staff are so warm, welcoming and friendly. The pool was beautiful and clean and open 24 hour a day! such a plus with many hotels closing theirs at 9pm.

The hotel is built on the hill facing river stream. Quiet and away from traffic. 10mins walk to town. If you are lazy, there is free shuttle every hour.
We stayed at Pura 2 room. Facing east and pool. Balcony is the best spot for morning sunbathing. Really nice decor.
We don't mind steps and no TV like most of the people complain here.

This was a very, very pleasant hotel. Nice grounds, nice staff, good breakfast and spacious rooms with large balconies or verandas. The linen was clean and white. The pools were perfect temperature, some hotels I have stayed at in Bali the pools have been very cold.
I will stay here next visit to Bali for sure.

Lovely setting, just a short distance from central Ubud.
Beautiful rooms, with a large terrace complete with sun loungers from where you can enjoy the lovely views of palm trees and some paddy fields, and the infinity pool.
Liked the touches like the bedtime reading stories which were placed bedside at the turn down service.
The breakfast was a veritable feast every day with lots of choice. Make sure you sample the snacks at tea time, too. A delightful place to base yourself in Ubud.
