Our stay in Qunci Villas was absolutely fantastic. The service from every member of staff was faultless, they read your mind. As soon as you're firsty, someone is by your side with iced water or fresh fruit. The food was some of the best we have tasted in Indonesia, especially the Thai Experience. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a luxury hotel, good value for money & a beautiful view of the ocean.

Ideal situation right on a beach, nice room with a super big bed. Very
good à la carte breakfast (including a great fresh fruit juice and
pancakes), a fine Italian restaurant where we got small bites for lunch
and good romantic dinners with candlelights right on the sand... The
people working there are very friendly and the owner is extremely
attentive and courteous. Hope to get there in the future. Please remind
that there are only four rooms there, so you have to book well ahead. A

My teenage daughters, my 7 yr old son and I stayed recently for 5 nights and wished we never had to leave. We had two ocean front rooms one upstairs and one down, both were just beautiful. The food was wonderful the spa amazing. Lying having your treatment with the sound of the ocean in your ears was heaven. We all agreed it was our favourite resort of our holiday. First and foremost, the staff is absolutely amazing. The Chandi is quite small, with 17 private villas, resulting in staff that's on a first name basis with all the guests, delivering fantastic service. We have never felt more welcome at any hotel else where. Every request is taken care of without hesitation and followed by a big genuine smile.

The Chandi is truly a fantastic and relaxing resort, right on the beach! Fantastic atmosphere, super friendly and helpful staff (Abi, Matazam, Zaki: we miss you already! :-) ), lovely and private rooms with outdoor rain shower, high quality restaurant, which serves world's best dessert: the chocolate volcano, the chef's own lava cake which we just had to have after every single diner!
Its proximity to the Gili Islands allow for a day trip with a local fisher boat.

The ocean view room that we were assigned to was spacious and clean. It was also very comfortable in the room and I really loved the outdoor shower. The view from the restaurant as well as patio was to die for. Picturesque and postcard perfect.

Very friendly staff, always helpful and very nice to our little baby girl. The villa, pool and surroundings were meticulously cleaned multiple times per day. The circular pool shared by the villas works well, gives a sense of privacy being at the back of the villa but is big enough to have a real swim. -

The hotel was beautiful, staff was very friendly. The food was amazing - they just have one dining option but it didn't bother us as every meal we had was delicious. Location was good to take tours to the surrounding country side. Its,a little outside from sengiggi city center which was,nice for us. It means you have tue amazing black sanded beach almost to yourself. I also had a spa treatment which was very good. Would definitely recommend the place to friends.

A beautiful boutique hotel, with careful thought given to interior design in colours and decor. The rooms are spotless and despite the resort situated on the main coastal road and our room being towards the front of the resort, we heard nothing once we closed our door. We stayed in the Neima room, without the pool which we were happy to do as the hotel pool is the place where you really want to swim with it's mountain view on one side and the view of Mount Agung in Bali on the other. Every single interaction with the Sheraton staff was a pleasant experience. They were all so friendly and positive. the swimming pool was the best we have ever seen: like something out of a movie. We felt like movie stars lying beside the gorgeous pool. The private beach was lovely to stroll on, no hawkers. Happy hour in the Sunset Bar daily was great value and a lovely setting. And the gardens were Devine.
