The Hotel is beautiful overall and room is comfortable and overlooking the garden. We enjoyed our stay. However there is a lot of mosquitos at night and my friend was unable to sleep due to the mosquitoes. After spraying the whole room many times then it was better. However she was scratching non stop the next day and it left red marks on her skin

Everything. The hotel is royal and majestic. I bet we cannot find another hotel like this for the same price. The staff were very friendly and helped me arrange a birthday cake and gift for my friend on his birthday. Thank you guys.

The complimentary breakfast was nice and pretty complete, they serve continental bfast and also hot bfast. I loved the traditional indo food too, such as rawon, lodeh, soto ayam and ketan hitam. The staff were friendly and tried their best to assist us. The swimming pool was a bonus for us with little kids.

Staff were very helpful and accommodating. All facilities were very nice - room, fitness center, pool, restaurant area. The breakfast had a great variety - suitable for both local and international palettes. It's just next to a nice community park as well. -
