  A very nice place to stay: a haven of peace in the middle of busy Medan. Staying there feels like you are far, far away from the city. The rooms are good and clean. Airconditioning works well. Supplimentaries such as coffee, tea and bottles of water (definitively no tap water!!) are present. The swimming pool is nice and offers a panoramic view... lo que la gente dice » over de garden below. Though some extra sun beds would have been welcome. The restaurant is situated on a higher part of the compound and has an open - Peaceful location and generally pleasant staff (particularly Ellie who was the best of them all). We took the trip to the Supiso Piso waterfall and were given an interesting full day tour, including views over the magnificent Lake Toba, by the Hotel's friendly driver. Swimming pool was refreshing and well worth a visit after all that sightseeing!

  The staff were... Amazing! They were so help, friendly and welcoming. As soon as we arrived, they greeted our group with cheers and were genuinely excited to see us. Amy was amazingly helpful - she even took us out around the city and ensured that we had an amazing time in Medan! - the friendly staffs and very helpfull
