Considered cheap/low budget.
Budget hotel.
No windows (direct sunlight)
toilet had problem flushing.
Shower was rusty.
Water was a bit salty and had a smell (you know while brushing teeth).

The room very smelly. Water seeps in when it rains. Wifi connection in room very bad. TV channel not clear.
