The service of Gombás Kúria Mension was very good. There were not many guests in the hotel when I was there, but the service (breakfast, room) was still perfect. Where do you find a hotelowner who cleans you carwindow before driving off? -

It is an interesting location, right across a mill stream from the old castle on the lake. The Eszterhazy Palace is around the corner, but it is not open and in need of much renovation. Great location.We loved Tata.
We were on the first floor and both of our rooms were large. We enjoyed several wonderful meals at the restaurant.

Veronika is a very good host. She is very friendly & helpful. We were collected from the train station upon our arrival and dropped off upon our departure. She is always in good mood and forever smiling & laughing.
She took time upon our arrival to show us on the map were all the amenities where in Balatonfured. The accomodation was spotle

Very nice apartments near the beach. Perfect location, considerate owner, good value for money, very quiet and peaceful place. Economy apartments are quite smal but equepped by all necessary stuff.

The owner was lovely and welcomed us very nicely even though we arrived very late. The room was fairly basic but extremely clean and tidy and we had a good nights sleep. It was a short drive to the lake where we drove to the following morning. -

Fantastic location, easy to find, arranged free on-site parking. Room great value for money. Good size room, spotless and good common areas for use during summer. Owner spoke no English which didn't bother us but may some travellers. -

The staff is amazing, friendly and helpful. You feel like you are at home. The breakfast is really good and tasty. The Pension is close to Lake Balaton and to an Inner Lake which is perfect for fishing, and walking tours around. Really good biking routes around, and they have lot of events and festivals during summer in Tihany. -

The hosts were lovely and helpful. The accommodation was very clean and tidy and the breakfasts were excellent.The pretty garden and small pool were a bonus. This was a very relaxing stay and although little English was spoken the hosts were great.

The Room was bright, clean and airy and decorated very well with good
storage. The garden outside was very pretty and it location of 10 minute
walk from the centre of Tihany is great. However, we were there at the
very end of September, and at 8pm, it was dead silent, felt more like it
was midnight!
