Lovely hotel,very clean and friendly. Great design, always a feeling of space. Room well designed and good size with fridge,flat screen tv,safe,free room service(we didn't use so can't comment) good views(we were on the top floor) and breakfast (again can't comment didn't have time to try but friends did and said it was more than adequate). Because out of the main drag, very quiet. Don't know what it would be like in summer but suspect still quite quiet.

The staff was incredibly friendly. The showers were big for European
showers. They had a shower head that was able to be fixed above your
head - not true of the other two hotels on our trip. The pool was large.
They had a reasonable sized elevator for luggage and two people. We had
a great view from our 3rd floor room of the Aegean sea. They have a bank
for exchanging other currencies to Euros with reasonable rates. It was
within walking distance to the Medieval City of Rhodes.

We were happy here . Quiet, clean and simple. Without much frills, but at home.
Yvonne was very helpful. You could take any extras - anti- mosquito mats , inflatable mattresses and towels for the beach. One day we wanted to have breakfast at the hotel, but we were too late to tell her about it in the morning, had booked the evening. Yvonne was very upset that he could not give us a full breakfast and all tried to drink coffee. And then gently tapped into the room and brought a fruit.

Breakfast was simply excellent, large variety of hot and cold items, nice lounge and lobby area. Room were very clean, perfect location right in the center but very quite at night! - The hotel has been undergoing major renovation to upgrade its star level and the lobby and entrance area are beautiful. They are doing an excellent job.

The hotel is comfortable, tidy and clean, with new furniture and extremely comfortable bed, the breakfast was rich and various. The staff of Pearl hotel is professional, polite and helpful. Location of the hotel is excellent. It is near main walking street and in a close proximity of many bars and restaurants in the city center, but it is just far enough so that you are not disturbed by noise during the night.

Excellent staff: Tsampika is the best receptionist we have ever met, great location: the beach is approx. 5 min and also the town center is OK to reach it by walk (20min), nice café nearby: Finn café, well equipped and spacious rooms.

+ clean - all towels and bed linen changed daily;
+ air condition - considering the fact that this is a two star hotel, I was afraid of the quality, no worry it can even turn a room in to a freezer ;)
+ the location, just at the beach and very close to the shopping center and all the pubs and restaurants;
+ the view from the balcony, I'm going to miss it...

7Palms is very good place for stay for an young couple. The stuff is friendly and helpful in everything you need (ex. order a taxi, rent a car, help with the Rhodes map, etc). The fact that it was so close to a good swimming beach that was not populated by umbrellas but rather it was the local Greek beach. The food in the area was authentic local reasonably priced with atmosphere. The room itself was fantastic and we loved the fridge. -
