  El diseño, las vistas y la ubicación - I felt the greek hospitality in this hotel. When we arrived at the airport there was a car waiting for us (and it is complimentary). If you do not like something in this hotel it will change in hours because the staff, the view, the breakfast and everything will make you feel the most important person ever. ... lo que la gente dice » They booked the best restaurants in town and the best tables. They gave the best tips. The blond short hair in the reception (I do not remember her name) was one of the best concierge of all - Amazing hotel! Location in Oia was perfect. Staff was extremely accomodating. View was awesome. Restaurant was definitely worth visiting for a gourmet dinner overlooking the Caldera. Breakfast selections were vast and very tasty. Would stay here again. Great hotel for a romantic getaway.

  The hotel´s facilities were excellent. We loved the fact that we had an early flight and they prepared us breakfast at 5 am. The room was very comfortable and clean and the pools were really nice. Breakfast ws complete and good. - Personal muy amable, instalaciones estupendas, desayuno bufet excelente.

  The staff were very polite, happy and always willing to help. upon arrival we were upgraded to a superior suite for free and we had an amazing view of the ocean and island. If we had any questions about transport, local attractions and things to do then they would organise everything for us which made our stay so much easier. Pool area is really nice and relaxing and t - Everything was perfect in this hotel. The staff was very kind and helpful and they upgraded our stay to junior suite as they noticed that we were extremely tired after 8 hours trip in the ferry. We got our private swimming pool and jakozi as well. The location was perfect and its just 5 minutes walk to fira city center so don't worry about the location. I will stay in this hotel again if I come again to Santorini

We also recommend the restaurant which offers great dishes and cocktails. The breakfast was also a huge surprise for us!
