It was our second stay at Aegean Melathron and we really enjoyed it. There was an improvement of the service since 2011. we have received a free upgrade from a Standard Room to a Junior Suite. The fresh orange juice which we get at the reception at arrival was a nice surprise.

Everything about the hotel. The staff are friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean. Modern bathroom design with shower and bath. Bed turn down in the evening with subtle touches. Excellent pool and wellness facilities. Food in all the bars and the restaurant is excellent.

The breakfast buffet is amazing. The soaps in the room amazing. They
even give you a bottle of wine upon arrival and daily sweets in your
room. I never waste my time giving reviews but this place deserves it.

They accepted and paid for a package which I had sent by courier from another hotel in advance of my stay and also sent fruit and champagne up to our room as an apology gesture when there was a mix-up with the room I had requested.
