Very good quality studio, larger than most others we have seen, and a
big balcony. Towels and room were cleaned every day. Everything worked
perfectly. The best beds we have had in many vistits to Greece!!!! And
best of all, very friendly people, surprising us with bits of food or

takes 10 to 15 minutes, but therefor you have quietness, nice gardens
around the house with relax chairs, sheep herds passing your room.

- Relatively isolated from the tourist-infested area of Skala Kallonis
- Location is ideal if you are planning to explore by car the Northern and Western parts of Lesvos
- Very clean and the staff is immensely friendly

Absolutely the nicest hotel staff we have ever encountered. The room was huge, clean, and even had a tiny kitchenette. The view is beautiful; we couldn't have found a nicer place! -

Mostly the staff of the hotel the receptionests were very pleasant and friendly, so were the bar staff , the management , and the cleaning staff all in all it was a very pleasant exprience -

I like hospitality and humanity of Nikki and her staff, they were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was great and similiar to Türkish style, everyday we had home made cakes or boreks.
The rooms are comfortable and clean, every room has a little balconi.

Ah, Maria, the owner was just wonderful; couldn't do enough for us
(with 2 other guys for cycling trip through Turkey). A wonderful place
to stay; rooms were very large and comfortable. Good WiFi in the room.

El desayuno casero, bizcocho de nueces, tortilla de pimientos, pastel de queso... qué rico. El hotel no es muy grande, pero las vistas son preciosas, sobre todo las vistas al huerto. Muy cerca de Skala Kallonis, para ir dando un paseo muy agradable. El personal encantador. -

Breakfast is far better than you get at most Greek hotels and there is a good choice with different items everyday. Its handy for the beach although the pool at the hotel is great. Only a very short walk into Skala Kallonis but is in a quite location. -
We absolutely loved our stay in this hotel for 4 nights. Great location to explore the island, very clean and modern rooms, decent breakfast with homemade pastries, etc. We were particularly happy with the treatment we received from the owners. Especially Stratos (who was at the reception) is a very nice guy who gives wonderful tips about anything and everything on the island.

In the middle of the city centre. Very accesive. Our room as the top floor, very nicely furniturised, clean and big. Breakfast was great, people at the dest were very helpful. Theofilos is a superbly located small boutique hotel with very comfortable and nice rooms. We only stayed for a night and very much enjoyed the clean room and the small swimming pool next morning. Breakfast is also quite good but nothing exceptional. Presence of Turkish tea in the breakfast was a great and nice suprise for us.
