The staff were very happy to help with local information, directions and comunications, for example sending and recieving faxes when we found we needed additional insurance documents for the hospital. Kipi Suites are situated in a wonderful spot overlooking the countryside. Coming from Africa, it reminded us of a typical safari lodge! The rooms are lovely, the stone and wooden buildings are complemented with the most
modern and stylish gadgets.
Maria, the hostess made us feel so comfortable and her home-made breakfast with numerous treats was excellent.
She was extremely friendly and helpful and we really hope to go back there next year.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had a pleasant stay. They showed us around, gave directions and helpful information. The facilities were spotless. The food was terrific, especially breakfast. The entire staff was so incredibly friendly, which made our stay memorable. -

Location, especially because we were given a lake view room. Clean, nicely decorated and quite luxurious. Spacious room and bathroom. I really enjoyed our dinner at their restaurant, service, food and environment-wise. The pool area was also pretty nice, not great but nice. -
