The rooms are very clean and the Hotel is very well situated (only 5 minutes walk from all the restaurants and bar).
Being a 5 star hotel we thaught that the cocktails at the pool bar would be much more expensive than the rest of Faliraki, But NO, it was only 0.3 cent more :) So we had a lot of those :) -

All of the staff were so friendly, nothing was a bother. They went beyond the usual cleaning etc, to folding the bed clothes and my nighty!! We felt very cared for but staff were also very unobtrussive. -

Greeting with welcome drinks at the reception was very nice. Free Spa and minibar offer were also kind. We stayed here for 13 days in an "Executive Room" (from 5 till 18 May 2013) and were very satisfied with the "value for money". Breakfast buffet is good (a.o. daily fresh orange juice!), the room was spacious, the mattress very good, the jacuzzi fine. The staff is very friendly with the customers, well trained and always ready to serve our needs.
Our room was large, comfortable and above all it was very clean.
The bathroom of our room was also very clean and had outside of tub and shower.

The hotel is beautifully located on a hill next to the sea. We had a great spacious family room, with enough room for all our luggage (4) and some more... The main pool is wonderful , we spent hours going to its various parts. Kids pool is also excellent. Staff was nice and friendly. We went for a week and really enjoyed it! -

The pool view rooms are very nice and I really recommend them since you have a direct access to the pool.
