The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Due to a blackout before we arrived, our room was not available for 1 night. We were then upgraded to a suite to make up for the inconvenience. The room was beautiful and this really made our holiday very special.

I felt the greek hospitality in this hotel. When we arrived at the airport there was a car waiting for us (and it is complimentary). If you do not like something in this hotel it will change in hours because the staff, the view, the breakfast and everything will make you feel the most important person ever.

Amazing hotel! Location in Oia was perfect. Staff was extremely accomodating. View was awesome. Restaurant was definitely worth visiting for a gourmet dinner overlooking the Caldera. Breakfast selections were vast and very tasty. Would stay here again. Great hotel for a romantic getaway.

We loved the setting and the luxurious feel of the entire compound.The sunsets, the views, and the accommodations were all amazing. Wecan't say enough about the saltwater pool with its own extraordinaryviews. The staff was extremely attentive, considerate, andinformative. The breakfasts were healthy and delicious and were agreat start to every day.

The hotel´s facilities were excellent. We loved the fact that we had an early flight and they prepared us breakfast at 5 am. The room was very comfortable and clean and the pools were really nice. This is my 2nd time at kastelli and this trip was possibly even better than the last! I took my mum with me this time. Antonis the manager really looked after us. Amazing welcome to the hotel by manager Adonis. Very friendly & professional team of staff. Feels like family :) the facilities at this resort are exceptional, so many pools to choose from, tennis courts, spa, salon. I love that breakfast is served till 12:00, in a relaxing poolside location. Some rooms have a pretty terrace / balcony area. Overall I loved it, will definitely recommend and go back to visit :) thank you.

Todo ha estado perfecto - Todo!!! La linea aérea perdió mi equipaje, al enterarse en el hotel noshicieron upgrade a habitacion con jacuzzi. Se la recomiendo a todos!!!El desayuno es único, las vistas, la playa muy cómoda y tienentransporte permanente para evitar la subida. Pasamos un maravillosomomento en tan delicioso hotel. Por sobre todo la amabilidad de todo su personal, las chicas de recepcion que hacian todo el esfuerzo para entendernos (ya que casi nadie entiende espanol en Grecia) y atendernos, la persona que nos trasladaba en la combi a la ciudad y tambien al puerto y al aeropuerto sin ningun costo adicional.

The staff in this hotel is INCREDIBLE! Emanuela, Sandy and Maria at the restaurant are ebchanting. But Sofia at the reception can really make your vacation a dream. She spare nothing to make every wish you have a reality. Yorgos is also a most. Always there when you need him. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel. I stayed in the Presidential suite, but really is the staff that makes this place GREAT! -
