Excellent location, great staff whose attention to detail and desire to please was second to none! Superb breakfasts with lots of choice and extras like the small pancakes deep fried and served with honey and sesame seeds - delicious. Meals in the restaurant were fantastic, again with lots of extras and a new dessert to sample every day. The staff were very well trained, courteous and took the time to talk. Very good localization - close to the beach, city center with all of the atractions of them and also enough away to don't hear the noises from pubs and resteaurants at night. Very nice view - hotel is located on the hill and that gives great view for the sea and the neighborhood. Superb personell - very friendly owner whos offer his help in all issues. We picked the Crete to spend the end of our visit to Greece relaxing and
enjoying the beach. The cove beaches and day beds were the reason we
choose Knossos Beach Bungalows & Suites. Upon our arrival there was
a glitch with our rooms but it was fixed and the rest of our stay was
fine. We had dinner at the Swell Restaurant and it was fantastic.
