Excellent location, great staff whose attention to detail and desire to please was second to none! Superb breakfasts with lots of choice and extras like the small pancakes deep fried and served with honey and sesame seeds - delicious. The whole trip was just lovely and I wouldn't have changed a thing. My previously holiday-shy boyfriend loved everything about the holiday and especially the restaurant (Corinne Star) in the grounds of the hotel. It was the best of the restaurants we tried in both Kalamaki and Chania. The staff were very hard-working, warm and helpful. The beachside setting was beautiful, westward facing so you can enjoy the sunset while eating dinner at the poolside. Really hoping we can come back soon :)

Comfortable clean room with lovely decoration, cool colors and relaxing atmosphere. Pool area very beautiful with shady areas in the gardens . Views are the highlight. full panoramic views of the whole coast line and sea. 5 minutes walk to long clean beach withe free umbrellas and beds at fish taverna. Breakfast delicious and fresh . The hotel was close to everything, both the beach and the old town, our room was comfortable and bigger then we thought, there was a balcony and a bathtub. All the staff was super nice and helpful at all times. We loved the place very much! -
