Comfortable clean room with lovely decoration, cool colors and relaxing atmosphere. Pool area very beautiful with shady areas in the gardens . Views are the highlight. full panoramic views of the whole coast line and sea. 5 minutes walk to long clean beach withe free umbrellas and beds at fish taverna. Breakfast delicious and fresh . Family run hotel which makes you feel part of the family too .lovely people , real Greece !

The hotel is nested in wonderful garden. Do not hesitate to choose the rooms with small garden in front, it is perfect for kids. Hotel provides enjoyable food in all inclusive programs only but even after ten days there was still chance to discover new tastes. I would definitely recommend hotel for families with small kids. The hotel was busy but all the sunbathing areas were really spread out so you never felt like the hotel was overcrowded or you were sitting on top of anyone.

we ordered a superior room which was excellent big and comfort.
The swimming pool is very clean and beutiful.
The hotel's area is very large so we didn't notice there many people until we went to walk all over the resort.
The location is great. on the main street of malia and about 300 meters from the nearby bus station. -

Everything was just wonderful, Imperial is really a bit better than Royal.
Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms and public areas are clean and nice-looking.

Great hotel for families with young children.We enjoyed the pools,the activities for children (although the staff entertaining them didn't speak any greek) .and the food,especially at the Greek and Italian restaurant.We didn't have to leave the hotel at all.

As people have always been my first priority while travelling I can't
help saying a few words about the staff..
They are very professional, useful, always ready to help and superfriendly. All of them,starting from the reception guys and finishing by our housemaid, did their best to let us feel like at home.
I did regret we were staying only six days It was really sad to leave.
