Everything that I had read in previous reviews is true and more. From the moment that we arrived Lefteris, Stavros and family made us feel welcome. By the end of the holiday, we felt like we were family.
Nothing is too much trouble for the family. Attention to detail is paramount so the rooms and grounds are immaculate.

We spent 12 days in Sept 2013 in this location and we can say that everything was more than perfect. We are very lucky to discover the wonderfull location at Anastasia Princess in Perissa. The two brothers managing this hotel, Stavros and Lefteris, are very friendly, helpful and ready to help every guest with information about region, history of island, villages. They are making you feeling like a family member.
The hotel is very clean, very quiet, close to the beach (100 m) and to restaurants

Fitst,I liked the location, it's close to the beach(5 min walk)in a quite secluded place, best for a honeymoon trip! Second, the staff did their best to meet all our needs( a taxi pick-up from Santorini airport,romantic items in the room).overall, the staff were fantastically helpful!third, the room was well-equipped, modern, and everyday cleaned!there are lots of taverns to try Greek food!we will definitely recommend the hotel! -

We have just returned from a super stay in a 1 bed apartment at Villa Markos. The rooms, located in a quiet street but close the beach and main street, were spacious and immaculate and cleaned daily - something we've never had at any rooms we've stayed in before. Markos and Georgia are fabulous hosts they are very helpful and will do anything to make your stay a happy one.
The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Our room overlooked the pool and we had a very nice nice balcony..Breakfast was included and was taken by the pool area. Location great for the beach and all restaurants bars and shops. Highly recommended great value for money. Will definitely stay again.

Great location ( 2 minutes walk to the beach ) and located right in the village center. The cleaning lady was very nice. WIFI signal was very good. Their car rental staff were very friendly.
