A delightful rural location with mountains and olive groves everywhere. About half a mile from a clean beach with excellent swimming and sand. Friendly owner who gave us gifts of eggs, olive oil and cucumbers, all from her own garden. True Cretan hospitality at it's best. Apartment are located in an olive grove, in a small village. The host left us clear instructions which apartment was ours so there was no problem when we arrived. We liked the kitchen equipment and the bathroom. There is a small pool and the beach is 100 metres away. There is a taverna as well where we had nice dinner upon arrival and breakfast in the morning.

I thought the surrounding gardens were extremelly well planned and well kept. For example, all was green (so lots of watering was needed) and plants had grown in the right position, so that there was shade all day long on the verandas and full views of the sea. -
