We chose to stay at Phidias Piraeus because we needed a hotel close to
the port seeing we were taking a ferry at 7:25 am. Well they were
wonderful! First, we got there early from our other location and we
needed to get our rental car back to downtown Athens. They had no

This is an excellent hotel. It has been recently refurbished, so both our room and the public areas were clean and modern. The friendly staff were courteous and very efficient at their jobs. We were welcomed with a small bottle of wine and given advice about local restaurants and shops. The hotel is located in a nice safe part of Piraeus, near the marina, shops and many restaurants. The buffet was very good, especially with the fresh fruit on offer. Like probably many visitors, we only stayed

The hotel was excellent. The staff could not do enough to help and went
out of their way on several occasions . The breakfast was lovely too and
we really enjoyed the roof top bar by the swimming pool. It suited us
location wise as we stayed one night at the beginning of our holiday
before sailing from the marina opposite. However, the hotel was so good
that we went back there at the end of the holiday too and used it as a

Hotel is located in a quiet residential area (only if the window is
open, you can hear cars from the nearby highway). Although the hotel
is not in the center it is also easily accessible - besides the taxi
