I liked the friendliness of staff, family atmosphere (e.g. breakfast/living room), small size of the hotel, the art work on walls, the closeness to the Acropolis and Ancient Agora, and the fact that it was in a residential neighbourhood, as well as close to shops, and the Metro, and that it had a balcony. -

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location, near all the major attractions but the street was pretty quiet. We love the cheerful backyard garden where the guests have breakfast. The location of the Dioskouros was superb at foot of the Acropolis. People were friendly and were able to adivise us the best way to see what we wanted in the little time we had. They helped us with useful knowledge about getting to our next destination - Thessaloniki

The location of the hotel is excellent. It's in between of Syntagma Square and the Acropolis. If you're catching the X95 to the airport, it's about 5-7 minutes walk to Syntagma. The staff were fantastic in helping us sort out our onward travel arrangements - responding quickly and positively to emails before we arrived and making phone calls when we were there. The location within easy walking distance from Syntagma Metro station makes it easy to get to and from, and it is close to the centre of Athens for sightseeing and shopping. We will go back again.
