We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The garden and the sea view were amazing. The room was well decorated, equipped and maintained. The owners were very nice and helpful, greeted us with some refreshments and a map of the island and gave us plenty of tips and directions. -

Traditional Villa in a peaceful environment. Ideal for travelers who love nature. The hospitality of the owners and the staff are amazing.
The area is near to the most beautiful beaches of the island. Also there are nice restaurants nearby.

We had a wonderful week. The family and staff couldnt do enough to help, and the fact that most of the other guests were repeat visitors gives you an idea of what people think.
Breakfast was nice, the pool is superb, rooms are fairly basic but exceptionally clean. We had a very large balcony, and a small kitchen area that again was basic but very clean and did the job.

We had an excellent time at Vila Xanthippi. Very clean, comfortable apartment, the lady changing sheets every 2-3 days, cleaning the rooms daily. The view from the balcony was a bliss each morning. The grounds are beautiful the pool is wonderful. Garden apartments with a view of the pool. Great aircon. Upstairs for a good view of the bay and coast line. The location is great, half way between Skiathos town and Banana Beach. The service and support was great, sorting out scooters and helping with washing and dinner ideas/tours etc.

Studio was spotless and all staff very friendly and spoke good English (always a plus). Good air conditioning. Clean sheets each day and maids etc. Right by bus stop No.5 into town. 5 minutes ride.

Very friendly owners and staff! Our studio was very beautiful and always clean. The hotel is a couple of meters from the main road so it is very peaceful, no traffic noise. A nice little path leads to the beach (1 min by foot). The sandy beach is really beautiful, not overcrowded and with one cafeteria and one restaurant, just perfect in our eyes!
