Staff was friendly and helped us with any questions we had. Close to the bus station so convenient as we went to the Samaria gorge the next morning. We left at 7 am and so the staff made sure to have the breakfast ready for us. Really close to old town and the harbour (5 minutes walk). Not a luxury hotel but clean.

Está muy céntrico, la habitación era acogedora y lo mejor el encargado, una persona excelente siempre dispuesta a ayudar en lo que fuese. VERY romantic rooms! Atmosphere in the rooms were definitely made with love and you can feel it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They are ready to fulfill all you wishes to make you happy. The apartment like a fairy tale :). Located in the city center. Original and interesting interior. Nice view of the harbor and the city of Chania.

We added the half-board option and were spoilt by the chef and restaurant crew. Excellent food with good variations of international cuisine and Greek specialties.
The hotel offers a cozy, familiar atmosphere. The location offers quick and easy acess to the major roads if you want to explore the Island by car. Easy to acess the City center of Chania by bus, taxi or car or just to take a walk along the beach.

The staff without exception could not do enough to make our stay perfect. Our room was not what I expected and I was told they were fully booked. After 3 nights I checked on letsbookhotel.com and discovered they had a suite available and we were moved. I think it was a misunderstanding and they very kindly did not charge us for the upgrade. Situation. Close to the old town and the main activities. Nice view on the sea and close to the small beach at the end of the street. Don' t expect luxary in this place, it' s more like backpack but really convenient. There is a bar at the groung level so you can have your (nice) breakfast there or have a drink at night. It' s usually busy so a little bit noisy if you want to go to sleep at 8pm. Good experience, I' ll be there again if I' m back in Chania.
