Staff was friendly and helped us with any questions we had. Close to the bus station so convenient as we went to the Samaria gorge the next morning. We left at 7 am and so the staff made sure to have the breakfast ready for us. Really close to old town and the harbour (5 minutes walk). Not a luxury hotel but clean.

Está muy céntrico, la habitación era acogedora y lo mejor el encargado, una persona excelente siempre dispuesta a ayudar en lo que fuese. Un placer. - El hotel tiene un ambiente muy cómodo y familiar. Alex, el dueño, ofrece mucha ayuda y buenos consejos para disfrutar de Chaniá y para hacer excursiones a otras partes de la zona.

We added the half-board option and were spoilt by the chef and restaurant crew. Excellent food with good variations of international cuisine and Greek specialties.

The staff without exception could not do enough to make our stay perfect. Our room was not what I expected and I was told they were fully booked. After 3 nights I checked on letsbookhotel.com and discovered they had a suite available and we were moved. I think it was a misunderstanding and they very kindly did not charge us for the upgrade. The balcony view was amazing. You can see all the harbor. The room
itself was simple but clean. There is soundproof balcony doors (the
harbor is noisy throughout all the night). The staff was helpful, we
got some tea for free to enjoy in our balcony. We liked the breakfast
as well with a glass of fresh orange juice. I would definitely advice
it for other travellers (be sure to book a room with a balcony and
sea view).
