The location in the centre of the Beaujolais area was perfect for touring around, lovely countryside to explore as long as you have a car. Only about an hour from Lyon airport. The place is really quite comfortable to relax and have quiet days. The renovation of the castle was very good and the decoration superb. However, even if the village (with restaurants) is not far you cannot avoid to use your car every day. Lauren, the owner, was very kind and the breakfast was great.

Hard to get in due to its popularity. This room faces the square and is very good.
Breakfast excellent and a huge choice. Staff went out of their way to make us feel special.
