  The hotel was fresh, clean and new with efficient friendly staff at a brilliant budget price. The room was spotless with comfy beds which were cleaned and made up despite us only staying 2 nights. The layout of the room was very clever and made excellent use of the space making the room feel bigger despite a double, single bunk and cot being prese... lo que la gente dice » nt. - It was a great place to stay for what we needed and staff was very friendly and helpful, price was right, our only complaint was that we didn't realize it was out of Bayeux approx. 4Kms and we didn't have a rental car (and there weren't any to rent in town) so we needed to taxi everywhere and that got a bit pricey.

  Hotel is definitely good value for money, clean and convenient. Unlike some other reviewers, we did not have a problem locating it. As long as you have up-to-date satnav maps, you should be fine (the whole area is a newish development, so probably not on the older maps). Friendly staff, very comfortable beds. Close to the memorial museum and just on the edge of the city outskirts, so easy access if you want to avoid the city traffic. Close to the d Day beaches and a good base for all attractions related to these events. Would recommend.
