Everything about Le Petit Sully was wonderful! The owner and most
gracious hostess, Jeanine Poulain, could not have been more friendly,
warm and welcoming. We felt as though we were her personal guests in her
home! The house is the epitome of French countryside, with beautifully
decorated rooms and personal touches everywhere. Waking up in the
morning and opening the wide windows, we were greeted by an idyllic view
of lush green with cows and horses including her little colt, Dream, in

We really enjoyed our two night stay in Bayeux, the highlight of which was staying at this wonderful B&B. Run with loving and personal care by Carol and Jerome, the place is charming. It is extremely conveniently located to the old city center, including the Bayeux tapestry and cathedral, and is a great base from which to visit D-Day sites.

Superb breakfasts that changed daily, attention to detail in the bedroom
and bathroom, having the bed made and clean towels each day,
tea/coffee making facilities, off street parking, great gardens,
proximity to the city centre and many historical sights, exceptional
information about local sights. Fantastic hosts in a fantastic home.

The owner of this establishment has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. Our room was huge with a very comfortable bed & pillows. Little touches like having the fire lit when we arrived home at night, tea/coffee facilities available, lots of books, music & dvd's to browse through. Nothing was too much trouble including good advice on where to eat, what sights to see etc. A very charming residence.

What's not to love about Le Clos de Grace. Eloise and Olivier (the
owners) are fantastic hosts. The property is well taken care and the
breakfast are excellent. The rooms were luxurious and extremely
comfortable. Each day Eloise gave us some great restaurant
recommendations. We would definitely stay there again on another trip to
Honfleur / surrounding area.

The staff was helpful and friendly, and made excellent suggestions for dining in Honfleur (especially loved Bistro des Artistes for dinner . The rooms were lovely, clean, and charming, with a spa-like decor. The hotel was well situated and it was an easy walk to shops and restaurants. It was a perfect place to stay in Honfleur.

The apartment was exactly as pictured. Everything was very clean and
comfortable. There was a bakery at one end of the block and a small
grocery store around the corner at the other end of the block. Astrid
was very helpful with everything. She helped us with restaurant
recommendations and even left a bottle of the the local apple juice for
us to enjoy. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

Beautiful B&B in the Norman countryside. The rooms were spacious,
free wi-fi, free parking, and a huge breakfast. Good location for
touring D-Day sites. Located in the British sector. A 15-20 minute drive
to Bayeux; approx 40 minutes to Omaha and Utah Beach. There are no
restaurants in the village of Meuvaines; however, there is a wonderful
restaurant about 1 km away in the town of Crepon and a few restaurants
about 2-3 km away in Asnelles. The countryside is absolutely stunning!

Bayeux is a picturesque town in Normandy and I'm so happy we chose La Tour Louise as our base for exploring the region. William, our host, was very hospitable and gave excellent tips on things to see and do. In fact, the places he pointed out to us were probably the highlights of our tour of the D-Day sites.

The Location is excellent for exploring Bayeux on foot. Most of the major sightseeing is within several blocks and parking is free for those with an automobile. It is also a great point for day tripping to all parts of the Normandy coast and WWII Invasion points of interest. We stayed 3 nights and could have found enough activities for many more nights. Many restaurants nearby.

The owner Audrey is very nice and helpful. Our room was perfect: everything looked new and well maintained and the bed was very comfortable. Having a kitchen with microwave and a kettle is quite convenient. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would like to come back again.

Our room was exquisite, with very fine antique furniture and the bathroom was perfect. A hotel with parking in the middle of Bayeux was a great asset to our touring holiday.
