  For a two star hotel this was much better than we expected. The owner was friendly and spoke very good English. The facilities were basic, blanket on bed instead of duvet, but very clean. TV, shower, hair dryer, and most important private parking. My advice is to pay the extra for breakfast, you won't be disappointed, it was better than one we had... lo que la gente dice » in a much more expensive hotel in France. - We took advice from this website and did not book a hotel in the town due to parking problems. This hotel is just across the river - a five minute walk to the town centre and with a great view of the castle on the way. The staff were welcoming and friendly. There is a lift up to the chateau from the town - the site is well worth a visit.

  Un bon accueil Very accommodating as we were late arriving and the host, waited till very late in the evening for us, which we appreciated. The toilet down the hall not overcrowded and also spotless. The location across from the railway station made it easy, but slightly inconvenient to town, about a 10-minute walk away. I loved my stay.
