- Edward is really cool, he brought us to the airport and made us feel at home right away.
- The beach is a few minutes away. You can rent a bike and go to other close beaches.
- We booked a studio and because it was not full-house Edward gave us a 3-bedroom apartment with 2 balconies!
- It was clean, big, with everything we needed (a safe, bath products, kitchen products, and all the tableware you need)

This beautifull villa located in the peacefull area with beautifull see view. Luxury swimmingpool with jacuzzi makes you fill like king.
Apartments are comfortable and sofa bed was like real bed.
Our host Marjan was very helpfull.

The hotel is 4 or 5 kms far from the center and it´s not easy to reach by bus and expensive by taxi, but the owner was very kind to pick us up and phoned the following day to Avis for us for them to bring our hired car. We have stayed in Villa Venera for 1,5 weeks. It is very nice, modern and well furnished villa, looked at least as good as on the pictures or even better. The host was very pleasant, all the amenities presented on the pictures were accessible and in good condition (gym, pool, sunbeds, umbrellas, jacuzzi, swings in a huge garden). The guest house was, in relation to other accommodation in Opatija, very good price/quality ratio. Everything was very clean and new. Very convenient to have parking facility. The location was a bit tricky to find and one should be aware it is not right in Opatija.
We were looking for an overnight stop on our way south along the coast so it was the perfect stopover. Whilst Optaija is a glorious old Austro Hungarian style resort it is not, (in my opinion only ), a place for a longer stay.
