  A magnificent place!!! Everything is perfect! The appartment is very clean, comfortable, well furnished, wifi in the rooms is fast, the kitchen is fully equipped so you can easily cook yourself. It really is the best option for you if you go to Pula! - Everything: - Edward is really cool, he brought us to the airport and made us feel at home right away. - The beach is a few minutes away. You can rent a bike and go to other close beaches. - We booked a studio and because it was not full-house Edward gave us a 3-bedroom apartment with 2 balconies! - It was clean, big, with everything we needed (a safe, bath products, kitchen products, and all the tableware you need)

  Location is in a small village 7km from Rovinj, it is a bit hard to find but, being the last house, it offer amazing view over the land and the sea in the distance and a lot of peace and silence. There are several excellent konoba (family run restaura - This beautifull villa located in the peacefull area with beautifull see view. Luxury swimmingpool with jacuzzi makes you fill like king.   This hotel/b&b is extremely well presented with flowers on the big terrace where breakfast is taken, and carpet throughout, which gives it a very comfortable feel and, importantly, makes it very quiet in the evening. Everything is beautifully clean and the choice for breakfast is sumptuous, perhaps the best I've ever been offered. Our room had... mitä ihmiset sanovat » a balcony with a lovely sea view, which is probably worth the extra cost in such a beautiful area. The staff were very friendly. This is a very well- - The guest house was, in relation to other accommodation in Opatija, very good price/quality ratio. Everything was very clean and new. Very convenient to have parking facility. The location was a bit tricky to find and one should be aware it is not right in Opatija. We were looking for an overnight stop on our way south along the coast so it was the perfect stopover. Whilst Optaija is a glorious old Austro Hungarian style resort it is not, (in my opinion only ), a place for a longer stay.
