The hotel itself is quite beautiful. You can see its old world beauty but they have managed to stay modern. Staff is also incredibly friendly and accommodating. Amazing historical building set in a beautiful part of Zagreb. It's a 10 minute walk through beautiful manicured gardens to the city centre. The shower and bathroom area was amazing. Beautiful marble floors and giant shower head. Huge and very comfortable bed. Lovely terrace to enjoy a drink. A real slice of luxury.

The hotel is spotlessly clean. Staff is professional and kind. Room was great, beds comfortable, bathroom spacious. Swimming pool and gym at the top of the hotel was great.
Kids loved Chocolate cookies they got at the reception (more than few times :) and always with smile).
