  The hotel itself is quite beautiful. You can see its old world beauty but they have managed to stay modern. Staff is also incredibly friendly and accommodating. We arrived around 8:30 a.m. (far ahead of check-in time) due to an early flight. The shower and bathroom area was amazing. Beautiful marble floors and giant shower head. Huge and very comfortable bed. Lovely terrace to enjoy a drink. A real slice of luxury.

  The staff was wonderful! SO accommodating, helpful and friendly. We had lots of questions about returning our rental car, getting a taxi to the airport, using the local tram, making dinner reservations - they were fantastic.
