  The size of the room and the facilities. The coffee maker. The bathroom accessories. The breakfast was great, and we loved the waffle maker. We stayed at the star - Excellent staff... Everyone was professional and friendly. We came over from Seattle. I had booked the stay online at letsbookhotel.com...we had a dog with us, and I had listed pet friendly as a requirement. Somehow letsbookhotel.com hadn't informed the hotel. Your staff was able to book us a pet friendly room and rectify the problem. I really appreciated that.
