  The hotel is beautiful and in a great central downtown location. Our room was perfect and clean, beds were very comfortable.The staff was fabulous, very attentive and friendly. The concierge goes out of their way to help with reservations, and any other request you could think of. The level of professionalism is something you do not see everywhere... lo que la gente dice » else. - The excellent customer service of the staff. Simply amazing over the top! The upgrades and helpfulness made the stay a wonderful one. The room was beautifully appointed; very clean and modern. We would recommend this and definitely return.

  Great service from a very engaged team. Excellent location in one of Vancouver's interesting areas with very good transport links. Great rooms with outstanding beds. - So trendy, with enough space, a great vibe, and outstanding décor. Located in a wonderful area and we were able to walk the entire seawall of Vancouver from there.

The rooms are large and gorgeous and the small touches such as a welcome back gift of gourmet chocolate pistachios and sparkling water was a lovely surprise. The massage at the spa was also divine.
