  The place is family owned and operated. Very nice people. Very close to public transportation,and walking distance to many stores and places to eat. Sky train is about a 5 minute walk away. And you can take it straight into Vancouver for about 2.75$ each. Neighborhood felt safe and was clean.   It was a room for one night before our trip back to the U.K after a 2wk trip to Vancouver Island. Cintinental breakfast was included and this was fine and satisfying.
