Right from the start we were treated so well by the Manager. He graciously came and picked us up from town since we had flown into Ganges by seaplane. We were able to walk into and back from town several times. Later he drove us to pick up our adult daughter who was joining us.
He was gracious and helpful and went the extra mile twice!
The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was fabulous. We also used the hot tub and enjoyed the location with the view of the ocean and the woods.

The room was big and comfortable, with a lovely view of the scenic lake. Everything was there I needed, including wifi and coffee-maker. The staff were friendly, courteous and we were well informed of all details upon checking in. The cabin was welcoming, comfortable and cozy. We found it very relaxing to sit back and enjoy a soak in the hot tub conviently located on the front covered porch of our cabin. We found the price both reasonable and affordable. Overall a great place to stay, we would definitely rebook at Reef Point Cottages.

The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. My room ( a deluxe king) was beautiful and spacious, with views into the forest. After a hard day of surf lessons, I had a wonderful sleep on the very firm bed. -

Loved it! Beautiful Victorian house, apartment was larger than expected, very quiet neighbourhood, kitchen was fully equipped and had everything we needed.
Ocean Island staff is awesome and always available (there is a phone in the hallway for free calls to the front desk which is very helpful in case you don't have a cell phone)

Amazing value for money! Enjoyed staying in a victorian heritage house, garden and patio in the back were a definite bonus. Cozy and comfortable suite, kitchen was well equipped. Free parking and good wifi. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean.

For the money what I had was literally a nice apartment. The tub was amazing with its relaxing jets but as a shower it stunk. It has a full kitchen with quality pots and dishes, not the usual hotel crud. The new estate of cabins in Port Renfrew is well located within easy reach of the amenities and attractions of the area, The cabins are new, clean, incredibly well equipped, extremely comfortable and attractive with well designed outdoor space that can be easily enjoyed come rain or shine. I love to cook and found the kitchen perfectly adequate for our needs with every kitchen gadget on hand.
