This is a very nice, modern Best Western property. The attention to detail including the pet treats and wipes in the lobby is a very nice touch and makes pet owners feel very welcome. The hot breakfast buffet offered a large variety of options beyond the common selection seen at most hotels. -

This is a first class luxury establishment. I stayed in Suite #302, which had a wraparound deck overlooking the harbour/bay of Sooke. It was beautiful. This luxury hotel offers everything the discriminating traveller expects.
And the location is......perfect!
I rarely give 5 stars...this hotel/resort is 6! -

The staff were super friendly and very accommodating. We had our 13 year old yellow Lab with us and the staff were very attentive and kind to her. The room was super clean, and comfortable. The breakfast had lots of choice and the food was really good. The cinnamon buns were great! We would choose to stay here again. Also enjoyed the river walkway

When we checked in the lady behind the desk was very nice. We got some
discount coupons as well (including 15% off Whitespot). There was a
decent size pool and a waterslide which my four year old loved. The Hot
tub and pool and area were all really clean which is often so rare. The
room was quiet and clean and the breakfast was actually quite tasty!

My husband and I got an upgrade to our room --- which was a kitchen --
we were staying for a few days so it worked out great and we appreciated
the upgrade. We enjoyed the pool facilities and the restaurant which we
used a few times during our stay. Easy to get around --- liked the
layout of the facility --- lots of character and everything easy to use
--- also appreciated all the items in the gift shop --- staff was great

Great location within easy walking distance of the coach station if you
are arriving by public transport and close to the inner harbour
attractions. Very helpful and friendly staff, lovely rooms. Enjoyed the

The location was fantastic . We stayed in room 452,the new part of the hotel and the view of the marina from our balcony was amazing. The hotel is also close to the centre of Victoria. The room was large and the housekeeping was excellent. Staff were friendly,polite and helpful at all times. We had a nice lunch at Auroa restaurant which was reasonably priced,which included several coffee refills . Overall we had a very pleasant stay

We stayed in unit #45 for 12 days. The unit was so clean and homely. We enjoyed our stay at beach acers so much it was sad to leave :( the whole resort was great! We'd Highly recommend it to all! We would defiantly book to stay here again. The staff were very helpful with anything we needed. :)

We had a corner room with two windows and a balcony overlooking the inner harbor. The room was lovely with plenty of space and the bed was comfortable. The staff was also helpful and friendly. The hotel is only 15min.of walk to The Faimont Express Hotel and next to the Inner Harbour. In the restraut of hotel you have a good view of water and harbour, excellent!
很喜欢这家酒店, 也在down-town只是在边缘, 从地图上看好像挺远, 实际步行到帝后饭店就15分钟, 在内港岸边, 景色很好, 在房间里的露台可看到海湾, 价格实惠, 酒店还有游泳池。超赞的是酒店的餐厅"Blue Crab"是维市上榜餐厅，几乎全能看到海景，坐在酒店餐厅边吃边欣赏海景，太棒了！

Loved the view from 802 and 804. We were planning on staying one night only.....but couldn't resist another night.
Front Desk staff are amazing.
When my parents were alive we stayed with them in Qualicum Beach...beautiful view on the bluff and 2 min walk to the beach.
So I never had any reason to book other accommodation.

We had a lot of fun. It was my fiancé, my friend who was visiting the island and myself. We had a one bedroom condo so there was a queen bed in the room with a pull out couch in the loving room. It also included a full kitchen that had everything you needed. Also there was a late adult swim that went from 9:30- 10:30 which was nice to have so late at night.

courteous staff, helpful. hotel was very full due to marathon weekend, (I was a participant). they were geared up for the event. The hotel was quiet, I slept well. I would consider staying there again.
